Spring 1 - WB 07.02.2022: We celebrated 'Children's Mental Health Week' by dressing to express and discussing how we can grow together and decorated our plants with seeds to show our ideas:

Spring 1 - WB: 07.01.2022: We designed and created our own print in the style of Andy Warhol with a space themed.

We carried out experiments this week to investigate the effects of friction, water resistance and air resistance.

We looked at different space events and put them into chronological order on a timeline:

We performed our Space poems and then worked in pairs to explain how the Earth's movements create day, night and the seasons.

We have loved starting our new topic 'Lost In Space' and enjoyed naming and finding out facts about the different planets:

We created our setting material structures and enjoyed Christmas dinner this week:

We investigated what makes a square number and identified these by using manipulatives:

We carried out different investigations to see how materials dissolve and how mixtures can be separated. We really enjoyed this!

We generated ideas and sketched our setting description, ready to finish with chalk pastels next week!

We celebrated 'Odd Socks Day' on Monday as part of Anti-Bullying Week.
